I am co-leading a coalition of 16 attorneys general to stop one of the most alarming overreach attempts yet from the Trump administration: a federal demand to seize unredacted voter registration databases from states across the country, including Maryland.
If you believe voter data should be protected, not handed over to the federal government for political purposes, I’m asking you to chip in $5 to our campaign today.

The federal government has no legal authority to demand this information, and we will not let them intimidate voters or undermine trust in our elections.
This is part of a broader pattern we’re seeing across federal agencies to collect and centralize private state data on voters, SNAP recipients, Medicaid users, and more.
That’s why we filed an amicus brief supporting California’s motion to dismiss this unlawful lawsuit, and why I’ll keep defending our privacy and voting rights at every turn.
The Trump administration is betting that states will be too intimidated or under-resourced to push back. They’re wrong.
We’ve stopped them before, and with your help, we’ll stop them again.
Onward,
Anthony Brown
