In just a moment, I am going to ask you to make a $7 contribution to my campaign for the U.S. Senate in Mississippi. Please, give me a chance to explain why this request is so important.

Here goes:

In campaigns, December is what we call an FEC month. That means that at the end of the month, my team is going to have to pull together all of our fundraising since October and release it publicly. That’s both the number of donations, and the total amount.

It’s a major benchmark of our campaign’s progress.

A strong report would be a sign that we’re on the right track to beat Cindy Hyde-Smith and flip this seat.

A bad report could be disastrous.

It is not an exaggeration to say this is the biggest test of our campaign yet. So I need your help. This could not be more important.
