Let's be straight about what’s happening.

The President is directing the FBI to target us because we made a video he didn't like. 

He called for my arrest, trial, and death by hanging. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has threatened my friend, Senator Mark Kelly, with court-martial. And now, it appears, they are pressuring the FBI to bring charges. 

In any other Administration, this type of legal harassment to target political opponents would be considered totally out of bounds.

But President Trump believes in weaponizing the federal government against perceived enemies and does not believe laws apply to him -- which is why we made this video in the first place. 

But these kinds of tactics won’t work. And neither will the wave of death threats, bomb threats, and intimidation he has unleashed.

I have always worked to be upfront in these emails. This latest news from the FBI takes our need for a legal strategy to the next level. We do not know exactly where the Department of Justice will take this inquiry.
