We want to celebrate our most noteworthy accomplishments from the year with you!
Our Population Education program [[link removed]] facilitated hundreds of workshops for K-12 educators, sharing hands-on lesson plans to teach about human population growth and its impact on the environment and human well-being.
We amplified our social media presence and cut through misleading media headlines [[link removed]] by publishing letters to the editors in The Guardian and The New York Times . Furthermore, we partnered with the polling firm YouGov to investigate the extent to which the alarmist “baby bust” headlines [[link removed]] were influencing public perception.
The devastating cuts to essential health care programs fueled our sister organization, Population Connection Action Fund [[link removed]] , to ramp up efforts to rally family planning advocates around the country.
This progress was all made possible by our dedicated network of supporters!
