All Staff Association Winter Holiday Party ❄️
Please join GLASS and all your favorite staff associations on Friday, December 12 from 5:30-8:30pm in the Kennedy Caucus Room (SR-325) as we celebrate the holidays!
Pizza and drinks will be provided, and feel free to bring a dessert to share. Join us in community for a toast before the winter break!

The Pride on the Hill Awards celebrates the excellence, leadership, and impact of LGBTQ+ Congressional staff and allies working to make Capitol Hill a more equitable and inclusive place.

This Month in the Community
GLASS is proud to collaborate with organizations across the Hill that share our commitment to building a safe, affirming, and inclusive community. Below are a few upcoming opportunities open to GLASS members.
December International LGBTQ+ Leaders Conference
Each year, more than 700 LGBTQ+ elected officials, activists, leaders, and allies from around the globe gather in Washington, DC for three unforgettable days of connection, strategy, and inspiration at Victory Institute’s International LGBTQ+ Leaders Conference. The conference will be held at the JW Marriott in Washington, DC, from December 4 to December 6.
Confirmed speakers include Governor Maura Healey (MA), Attorneys General Anne Lopez (HI) and Kris Mayes (AZ), Speaker Ryan Fecteau (ME), Member of Parliament Alex Greenwich (Australia), and Mayors Gina Ortiz Jones (San Antonio) and Todd Gloria (San Diego) [ [link removed] ]. Each of these trailblazers has made history — and continues to shape a more just, inclusive, and representative world.

Women’s Congressional Staff Association Gala
The Women’s Congressional Staff Association (WCSA) cordially invites GLASS members to join them at their Winter Gala on Friday, December 5 from 7:00-10:00pm. WCSA is taking over the Naval Lodge for a night of glam, music and celebration. Tickets are $15 for WCSA members, $20 for plus-ones (one per member), and $30 for non-members. Your ticket includes bites + drinks!
Dress Code: Formal / Black Tie Optional Think elegant gowns, chic cocktail dresses, and sharp suits!

Georgetown law Hill Staffers Information Session
The Georgetown Law Office of Admissions is hosting a special information session for Capitol Hill Staffers who are interested in learning about the admissions process for the full-time and evening programs at Georgetown Law. This event will take place next Monday, December 9 at 6:30pm on the campus of Georgetown Law, which is conveniently located a few blocks away from the Hill.

Hanukkah Community Tour
