Submitting Complaints and Reporting Environmental Concerns

In this second session of our MiEnviro Portal for Everyone training series, we’ll focus on how to submit complaints and report environmental concerns through the system. You’ll learn:

• What types of complaints should be submitted through MiEnviro and what types should be reported through a different process.
• Step-by-step guidance on entering complaint details into the portal.
• What happens after a complaint is submitted: how it’s received, reviewed, and acted upon by the agency.

This session is designed to help you use MiEnviro effectively when submitting an environmental concern.

How to Navigate Site Map Explorer
