But Deep State lackeys in Congress are threatening to quietly renew FISA Section 702 warrantless surveillance AND protect Palantir and other Big Tech cronies from any state oversight on artificial intelligence.

The Deep State is plotting to slip these two provisions into end of the year legislation like the 2026 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which could be finalized as soon as this week!

The Swamp is steaming mad at the success you and I have had on both of those issues.

Just last year, we came within ONE VOTE of killing warrantless surveillance of American citizens under FISA Section 702.

And when the statists tried to slip an AI moratorium into the so-called “One Big Beautiful Bill” earlier this year, your quick action stopped them in their tracks.

But now, they are hoping to sneak Section 702 renewal and the AI moratorium into unrelated legislation before they flee Washington, D.C. for the year.

The moratorium would trample states’ rights by banning any state from making any law to rein in artificial intelligence. It would be in effect long enough for AI to completely transform our society.

Just imagine giving the Deep State warrantless access to every little detail about you and your loved ones that was scooped up by unrestrained artificial intelligence!

This isn’t Hollywood

In the “Terminator” movies, “Skynet” was an artificial intelligence network:

 "Defense network computers. New... powerful... hooked into everything, trusted to run it all. They say it got smart, a new order of intelligence."

In the movies, Skynet initiated a nuclear war against humanity.

In the real world, the psychopaths in the Surveillance State found it inspiring and named a National Security Agency mass surveillance program after it.

The NSA's real SKYNET used an AI algorithm to engage in mass surveillance on Pakistan's phone system and labeled people “probable terrorists” based on their metadata.

Thousands of Pakistanis have been killed in drone strikes after being labeled “probable terrorists” by this computer program.

So when the government promises you have nothing to fear based on their profiling of you through warrantless mass surveillance, keep in mind they have a history on this very issue . . . and it isn’t a good one!

The real reason the Deep State is pushing for this AI moratorium is because they want the federal government to redirect SKYNET on you and me.

And what will stop the Deep State from collecting all of this data on you and your family and millions of innocent Americans unless someone stops them?
