When the Trump administration tried to gut social services – Head Start, Title X, food banks, domestic violence shelters – AG James led a 21-state coalition to court and won, protecting lifeline programs millions of families rely on.

Beating Illegal Tariffs & Lowering Costs
Trump's fake "economic emergency" tariffs would have increased prices on everyday goods even more for working families. Letitia took the administration to court again and blocked them – lowering costs for New Yorkers.

Protecting Your Privacy From DOGE's Attacks
When Elon Musk and DOGE attempted to seize American's private data – including Social Security numbers, home addresses, and bank account information – Letitia James stopped them.

Saving the Department of Education
