Hey John, it’s Rep. Ayanna Pressley.
I’m about to ask you to donate $27 to help my friend Maxwell Frost fund his youth voter outreach and year-round organizing. But first, I want to tell you exactly how he’s changing the organizing game through music, community building, and by reaching young people where they are. >>
When Maxwell and I first ran for Congress, we were the underdogs in our races. He was a 25 year old running against career politicians, and I was challenging a 10-term incumbent.
No one thought we’d win. But we did, because we both knew that the same old organizing tactics wouldn’t elect a new generation of leadership – and that’s still true today.
To reach younger voters, you need to get creative. That’s what Maxwell is doing with his annual music and arts festival, MadSoul Fest, and I’m so excited to be teaming up with him as a headliner this year!
Maxwell is using music and fun to bring new voters into the fight for our future ahead of next year’s elections. And right now, that fight is more important than ever.
This isn’t the only way Maxwell is transforming the organizing game. He’s organizing year-round, reaching new and young voters at concerts, college campuses, and outreach events.
But Maxwell needs grassroots support to expand his organizing efforts and reach even more young voters before the far right does – especially ahead of next year’s midterm elections.
I’m thrilled to be joining Maxwell on the stage at this year’s MadSoul Fest. I told him I’d help raise $1,500 today into his MadSoul Victory Fund to fuel his critical youth outreach efforts and year-round organizing.
Your support today will make all the difference for this youth-powered movement. Can you chip in a few dollars to Maxwell’s MadSoul Victory Fund right now so he can bring more young voters into this fight for our futures? >>
