The Multi-Layered Middle East Chessboard

Featuring: Brigadier General Amir Avivi of IDSF

Date: Wednesday, December 3, 2025

Time: 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, 5 p.m. Israeli Time (Note change of time!)

From the perspective of an Israeli Brigadier General, what are the proper initiatives to be taken with Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Turkey and Iran? Is Iran rebuilding its nuclear and missile capability? How much can we trust Ahmed al-Sharaa? Is Hezbollah threatening to counter-strike Israel or Jewish international institutions? What is Turkey doing inside Syria? Is Egyptian policy running counter to the 1979 peace accords.

Here to answer all of these questions, and more is Brigadier General Amir Avivi

About our Speaker: Brig. Gen. (Res.) Amir Avivi is the founder and chairman of IDSF or Habitchonistim.

During his service, Amir held a series of senior roles in the IDF, including Deputy Comptroller of the Security Forces, Director of the Office of the Chief of Staff, Deputy Commander of the Gaza Division, Commander of the Sagi Division, Commander of Batallion 605 and Commander of the School of Combat Engineering.
