I just wanted to check in with you and see how you’re doing. I know FPC has asked a lot of you today. And believe me, I am so grateful for your support, and your patience!

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe FPC has emailed you at least five times today, which is just wild. But I wanted to end the day with one final message that I hope will resonate with you. 

I won’t waste your time by repeating all the marketing lingo that you’ve surely heard by now, but I do want to let you know just how important your support has been!

I’m proud to say we beat the Post Office Ban, and we clobbered California over their anti-rights ban on nonresident carry!

We also helped work to secure a joint dismissal of the Pistol Brace Ban, which put the final nail in the coffin of the Biden ATF’s outrageous rule.

But then your support came pouring in again, and we were able to unleash our NFA Lawsuit Blitz: a powerful barrage of litigation aimed at the heart of the National Firearms Act. 

And just this month, FPC also filed a VITAL amicus (AKA “Friend of the Court”) brief at the Supreme Court in Wolford v. Lopez: a case that is so important it could forever reshape how the court rules on Second Amendment cases. 

I’m thankful for the opportunity your support has given us to fight for you and your fundamental rights, and I’m excited to do even more for you during these last few weeks of 2025 and into the New Year. 

I’m hopeful that our petitions to the Supreme Court - including one that could see a response from the court this Friday - will even lead to the next big Bruen decision.
