Revealed Hickman's Eggs' mass killing after avian flu—2.3 million hens—documenting inhumane methods and poor worker protections, while taxpayers are forced to foot the bill. Hickman's was forced to CLOSE and is being sold off.
Exposed extreme cruelty at Los Angeles' last cow slaughterhouse, Manning Beef—among the most shocking in our history—documenting violations for which USDA later cited the facility. Manning Beef is now CLOSED and being sold by its bankruptcy partner.
Investigated Wild Fork Foods for illegal foie gras sales in California, calling for enforcement of the state's ban. The company PULLED foie gras, not only from California but from its 60+ stores nationwide.
