It’s Giving Tuesday, and what we raise today will determine how many Democratic teams we can support in 2026. We need 100 people to pitch in $25 today so we can say “yes” to the local parties ready to organize and recruit.

Here’s what’s at stake: Every year, Democrats don’t run in more than half of all elections. 

Not because we can’t win — but because in too many communities, the local infrastructure is broken. There’s no one organizing year-round. There’s no consistent organizing, no one identifying new leaders, and no support system for people who would step up if they had guidance.

That’s exactly why Contest Every Race is on a mission to fill the gap and secure big wins.  

We help local Democratic parties rebuild year-round operations and recruit new local candidates. When local Democratic infrastructure is strong, down-ballot wins boost turnout and strengthen the whole party — including our chances in the 2026 midterms.

In 2025, we’ve supported 390 local Democratic Parties across 41 states with grants, dedicated organizers, and the texting tools they needed to spur surprise November wins. But without hitting our Giving Tuesday goal, we’ll have to scale back in the critical midterm states where we’re needed most.

We have a gap in our budget right now, and Democratic teams are waiting on you to step up. Will you join other dedicated supporters by chipping in $25 ASAP?
