- We halted the destruction of critical government records in Signalgate, forcing officials to curb their use of disappearing-message apps and preserving evidence — including discussions of classified war plans — that was on track to be wiped out.
- We revealed that DHS quietly changed its text-message preservation practices for senior officials shortly after ignoring a court order to halt unlawful deportations — exposing a potential threat to accountability for decisions that upend families’ lives.
- We obtained the evidence that stopped the IRS’s illegal sharing of sensitive taxpayer data with DHS.
- We exposed how the White House quietly worked to shield well-connected donors from the fallout of its own devastating trade policies, pulling back the curtain on political favoritism.
