Contributions to America First Works are not tax deductible as charitable contributions and are allocated entirely for activities that are not deductible as business expenses. America First Works does not accept contributions from foreign nationals or federal government contractors. America First Works does not solicit or accept earmarked funds for political activity. Contributions received by America First Works will be used at the discretion of the organization’s officers and directors to fund all of its activities to best promote our conservative agenda. Contributors should consult their tax advisors about the tax treatment of their contributions.
