As a community-led organization, NPPEF is dedicated to ensuring full participation in the democratic process by centering Black, Indigenous, and other people of color, immigrant communities, and the youth (17-34) – with intention – as they are the least represented and most impacted by decisions our government is making.

As the late Congressman John Lewis said, "The right to vote is precious, almost sacred. It is the most powerful nonviolent tool or instrument in a democratic society.”

Guided by that truth, we are committed to expanding voting rights and making it easier to register to vote for all eligible Pennsylvanians.
