Dear Jack,

As the founder and Executive Director of NC Values Coalition and NC Values Institute, I’m writing in advance of “#GivingTuesday ([link removed]) ” to give you a concise, professional accounting of what your generosity made possible in 2025 and why your support before December 31 is mission-critical.

2025 Legislative Victories (all now law):

* SB442 signed into law:
+ Protecting parents from losing custody of their children because they raise them in accordance with their biological sex
+ Prohibiting affirmation of gender identity as a prerequisite to adopting a child
* HB 805 veto overridden:
+ Protecting women and children from sexual exploitation through pornographic websites
+ Giving victims of gender transitioning time to file suit against their medical providers so they are held accountable for experimentation and mutilation
+ Prohibiting use of state funds for gender transitioning
+ Giving parents the right to opt their children out of curriculum that violates their religious beliefs
+ Requiring schools to list all books and materials on the school’s website and allowing parents to prohibit their child from accessing or borrowing books to which the parent objects
+ Establishing that in NC there are only 2 genders—male and female
+ Requiring schools to segregate students on overnight field trips according to biological sex, not gender identity.

2026 Priority: Launch of the Faith, Family & Freedom Law Center, our new in-house litigation arm; start a new podcast exploring current issues.

Current Opportunity: A $50,000 year-end match remains open with only $10,000 left to unlock. New gifts at the True North Society level ($1,000+) are matched and include exclusive briefings and events.

Tomorrow, December 2, is #GivingTuesday ([link removed]) which serves as a helpful reminder for year-end giving to the causes you care about most. I hope and pray NC Values is one of those causes. A gift to NC Values tomorrow would be appreciated and have double (or greater) impact ([link removed]) .

Thank you for your continued support.

Executive Director, NC Values

PS. We still have $10,000 left in our $50,000 year-end match ([link removed]) —and True North Society gifts count double.
