Over the past eleven months, EMET has held 220 meetings on Capitol Hill, where we are almost every day telling the unvarnished truth about Israel and the Middle East. We work tirelessly to provide clarity, push back against misinformation, and ensure that policymakers have the facts they need.

We explain clearly how the U.S.–Israel relationship strengthens the United States strategically and economically, and how the money Israel invests in the U.S. always returns to enhance the American economy. As former Secretary of Defense Alexander Haig often said, “The State of Israel is better than the largest aircraft carrier in the Middle East, and one that could never be sunk.”
