The battle for Faith, Family, and Freedom did not end last year. The fight for the hearts and minds of our children and grandchildren rages on, and it is far from over. From the sanctity of life to defeating LGBTQ transgender ideology, the battle continues.
The radical Left is seething with anger that Donald Trump is back in the White House and that people like me are giving him advice and counsel through my non-profit public policy organization, American Values.
They are determined to destroy him, and they are determined to “fundamentally transform” our country, as you will read below.
The neo-Marxists are emboldened by their recent victories, most especially in New York City. They are salivating at the prospect of retaking Congress next year, impeaching Donald Trump again, and putting him in prison after he leaves the White House.
The year ahead will make or break Trump’s legacy and the future of the Make America Great Again movement.

Deadly Demonization
The Left has been demonizing men and women in uniform, in the military and in law enforcement, for decades. It was the Left that spat on our soldiers coming back from Vietnam. It was the Left that turned the death of a drug addict in Minneapolis into a racial issue and made it an excuse to defund urban police departments across America. Our cities never recovered.
Since the beginning of Donald Trump’s second term, the entire Democrat Party has been demonizing federal immigration police and any local police department that works with them. More recently, it has started threatening the American military, suggesting that officers who cooperate with the orders of the commander-in-chief will face “consequences” after Trump is out of office.
Two weeks ago, six Democrats went on social media to pointedly remind men and women in uniform that they do not have to follow the orders of the commander-in-chief if they believe those orders are illegal. That’s a suggestion that would literally destroy the American military.
These are also the same people who applauded when Joe Biden kicked more than 8,000 service personnel out of the military for refusing the order to take an unproven vaccine. They refused that order because they thought that order was illegal.
In the wake of that outrage, a radical Islamist, who was brought to America by the leftists in the Biden White House, drove all the way from Washington state to Washington, D.C., to kill one of America’s daughters (Sarah Beckstrom) and grievously wound one of our sons (Andrew Wolfe).
By the way, these same leftists are now fighting tooth-and-nail against deporting people who shouldn’t be here—including radical Islamists who hate Judeo-Christian civilization and want to kill the infidel. That would be you and me!
There is a direct connection to the constant demonization of our men and women in uniform and in law enforcement and the assassination of one National Guardsman and the grievous wounding of another who is clinging to life by a thread.
The Left owns this atrocity from start to finish.
Exceptions Make Bad Rules
Several arguments are being made to explain why we ended up bringing 200,000 Afghan nationals into the United States after Biden’s disastrous retreat from Afghanistan. The argument that most resonated with the Republican Party’s pro-defense wing was that America owed it to the translators who fought alongside our troops.
I respectfully disagree. I’m sure there are Afghan translators who are good people. But the analysis has it backwards.
We went to Afghanistan to get Al Qaeda. We could have done that and gotten out. We stayed to try to help the people of Afghanistan become free. They weren’t fighting to help our war. We were fighting to help them reclaim their country. They were very well paid for their service to us.
Joe Biden and the left-wing ideologues running the White House, aided and abetted by people like “Thoroughly Modern” Milley, went on national TV to assure us that every Afghan national would be vetted. They failed to do that vetting.
But even if they had, it would not have worked because of what was off-limits in their vetting process—the number one factor that makes some immigrants a potential danger, and that is the radical form of Islam to which they are committed. Under Biden/Harris, we did not ask because that would be “racist” and a violation of “religious freedom.”
Clash Of Cultures
If you send this report to any of your liberal friends, you might want to give them a “trigger warning.”
What happened on the streets of Washington, D.C., the day before Thanksgiving was a clash of two worldviews. Sarah Beckstrom was an outstanding example of Judeo-Christian civilization. She wasn’t wealthy. She volunteered to serve in the National Guard and volunteered to work holiday shifts. She wanted to join the FBI.

Her ex-boyfriend said she told him that during her time in our nation’s capital, she had been spat on and called names by local residents in the city that voted 93% for Kamala Harris.
Judeo-Christian civilization is based on the Bible. The assassin came from a civilization built on the Koran. You can see the difference with your own eyes.
We cannot keep bringing in people from Islamist cultures and expect a good outcome. Unless you are a leftist for whom the “good outcome” is to rip America out of the rich soil of its biblically based culture.
In the days that followed Beckstrom’s murder, establishment media reported that the assassin was depressed and neighbors were worried he might commit suicide. He felt alienated. One headline said he was “deranged.” Notice how precise it is. I guarantee his attorney will plead not guilty by reason of insanity when the assassin goes on trial.
Did his mental illness cause him to yell “Allahu akbar” as he opened fire on our National Guardsmen? No. That was a declaration of jihad—a statement of his faith. But nobody in our establishment will ever say that his Islamic faith was butting up against the values of America and he was furious about it.
Trump Responds
President Trump responded decisively to this terrorist attack in our nation’s capital. He ordered all asylum claims to be suspended pending security reviews. All immigration requests from Afghan nationals have been suspended, as have visa applications for anyone traveling on an Afghan passport.
The president also announced his intention to “permanently pause migration from all Third World Countries to allow the U.S. [immigration] system to fully recover.”
In addition, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has ordered “a comprehensive review and a re-interview of all refugees admitted from January 20, 2021, to February 20, 2025.”
Democrats and some of the GOP establishment are going crazy because President Trump is putting the safety of American citizens first and putting some desperately needed common sense in our immigration system.
Like the U.S., Great Britain took in thousands of Afghans. But the British government secretly got a court order to prevent British media from reporting on how many Afghans were being brought in. That gag order was only recently struck down.
But this was an important public policy issue British voters deserved to know about, as Afghan migrants are “over 20 times more likely to be convicted of sexual offenses than British citizens.”
It should be more and more obvious that in today’s world “diversity” is not “our strength.” For Western nations, it is a death sentence. Worshipping at the altar of diversity and using it to justify the mass migration of Third World people to your country is a death sentence.
The Walz Example
Americans everywhere have been shocked by the recent disclosures of massive fraud being committed in Minnesota by certain immigrant populations, particularly Somali migrants. Governor Tim Walz claims he was clueless and had no idea that his state was being robbed blind. Millions of dollars ended up in the hands of overseas terrorist organizations.
Well, more than 400 career employees at the Minnesota Department of Health and Human Services signed a public letter saying they repeatedly warned the governor about the corruption that was growing in the Somali community. They begged him to work with them to stop it.
But instead of stopping the fraud, Walz enabled it. He punished whistleblowers and handcuffed state auditors.
Minneapolis’s Somalis learned how to play the “progressive” game. Whenever they were challenged, they immediately played the race card. They threatened government agencies, saying, “If we don’t get these grants, we’re going to accuse you of racism.”
Rep. Ilhan Omar repeated the charge when asked about Somali fraud accusations, saying it was “xenophobic and racist” to even raise the issue.
That’s the same strategy Pakistanis used to groom young girls in Great Britain. They told local police, “If you arrest us, we’ll tell the country you’re racist.” Sadly, because of the oppressive power of woke ideology in Great Britain, it worked.
Gov. Walz was almost a heartbeat away from the presidency, but Big Media never bothered to do a “deep dive” into the corruption of “Little Mogadishu” under Walz’s administration.
