Together, we make
home possible for others

There is no place like home, and we couldn't
do this work without supporters like you!

This Giving Tuesday, we’re reflecting on what home means — safety, stability, dignity, and the chance to build a brighter future. Today, more and more of our community members are in need of that chance.

• Homelessness is rising across NH – Manchester has seen an increase of 13% this year alone, the highest level in ten years

• In the first two weeks of November, our Food Pantry saw a sharp increase: 725 households served (75 more than usual) and 197 first-time visitors – nearly double what we typically see

Families and individuals continue to turn to Families in Transition for food, shelter, and stability.

Because of your generosity, 152 households moved into safe, stable permanent housing this year – 16 more than this time last year, with a full month still ahead!

Together, we’re working to provide families and individuals with:

✅️ A safe and secure place they get to call home

✅️ Warm meals and a bed to sleep in each night

✅️ Case managers who show up with care and compassion

✅️ Groceries for community members facing food insecurity

✅️ A place where dignity is restored

Your support fuels this work and reminds us that home is something we build together.

Giving Tuesday begins tomorrow and we invite you to help us continue meeting this rising need. Whether you:

  1. Forward this email to a friend
  2. Share on social media why you support Families in Transition
  3. Or make an early gift

Every act of generosity brings someone one step closer to home.

There really is no place like home and this Giving Tuesday, you can help us make it possible.
