BREAKING — Yesterday, we filed a lawsuit against Hillsborough County on behalf of our client, Army Veteran H.K. Edgerton, for violation of the First Amendment.

The county unlawfully discriminated against my client based on his viewpoint when they removed him from the 61st Annual Veterans’ Day ceremony because he wore the traditional service uniform of the Confederate States Army to honor fallen Confederate soldiers.

Hillsborough County’s attempt to punish and silence those who wish to honor our American history is illegal, and they will lose in court.
