You know what time it is: the last day of the month.
This is always a huge day for fundraising for every campaign – and listen, I know there are many great candidates and organizations vying for your attention and support.
But I wanted to take a moment to tell you why a donation to our campaign here in Texas will have major implications for our fight to take back the Senate.

Here are the facts around the state of this race:
– Last year, I outran the presidential ticket by nearly 200,000 votes, more than any other Senate campaign in the country. This year, we’re not starting from scratch. We’re building on our grassroots movement and ready to finish the job.
– Poll after poll after poll (4 in total!) shows me ahead of my likely MAGA opponent, Ken Paxton. I’m the Democrat with the best chance of winning this race. That’s the truth.
– When Republicans get nervous about losing competitive seats like this one, they spend big. They spent over $135 million to defeat me in 2024, and there’s no telling how much they’ll throw at me this cycle.
– Finally, and most importantly, I rely on grassroots supporters like you to fund my campaign, not corporate PACs. I refuse to do the bidding of billionaires and big corporations.
We’ve got to reach this end-of-month goal to keep up our momentum, fight back against Republican attacks, and – ultimately – win. And if we win, Democrats are virtually guaranteed to take back the Senate.
So, folks, I hope I’ve convinced you of why your support is so incredibly important to this campaign and to me, personally. I’m honored to have you with me, and today, I’m asking for a little help.
I just looked at the numbers myself, and we’re still falling short of our November fundraising goal. I’m counting on small-dollar donations from people like you to close the gap. Will you chip in what you can to help me flip Texas blue and usher in a new generation of leadership to the Senate?
