Folks — we’ve hit the last day to fundraise this month, and I need to be direct. In a moment, I’m going to ask you for $3. 

But first, here are three things you should know before you pitch in: 

• We’re still $2,823 short of what we need to keep local Democratic teams on track heading into candidate filing deadlines.
• Many of these teams are already recruiting 2026 candidates, and a delay in funding from us means they lose precious time to get Democrats on the ballot.
• A wave of small-dollar gifts TODAY is the best way for us to catch up before the month closes.

Our work is built on grassroots donations. Most people give just a few dollars, and it genuinely moves the needle.

Hitting this goal now means we don’t have to pull back on our plans to expand our grants program, especially in places where Republicans usually run unopposed.
