We won our race by 15 points in a state Republicans swept just four years ago. That’s the largest Democratic margin of victory in Virginia since the Kennedy Administration! Virginians chose leadership that will focus on problem solving, not stoking division – and they chose a Governor who will always put Virginia, not a President, not a political party, first.

This victory would not be possible without our partners at the DGA, who not only backed my campaign but put the resources into Virginia that made our historic victory possible. But we can't slow down now – not with thirty-six governors’ races across the country next year.
