The leaves have fallen, and the turkey is gone. Now, it’s time for Christmas!
While many people across the country are full of excitement as we get ready to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior, not every family experiences all the joys of Christmas. For the 1.5 million children with a parent in prison, Christmas can be the most difficult time of the year. It’s a day when many of them feel lonely and are missing their incarcerated parent. They can’t help but wonder if their parent in prison still thinks about and loves them, but you can help them find hope!
When you give to Prison Fellowship® Angel Tree, you help children of prisoners feel loved and remembered. Best of all, your gift opens the door for them to encounter their heavenly Father, who made them, loves them, and can heal every wound.
This #GivingTuesday, we are aiming to give 18,300 children of prisoners across the country an Angel Tree® Christmas—and you can be a part of this movement!
Thanks to a Matching Grant, your #GivingTuesday gift will be doubled up to $100,000. This means you’ll give twice as many kids a Christmas they will always remember.
