Dear John,

The Meditate for Your Memory Challenge starts tomorrow. Join us for a week of grounding, resilience, community, and more. If you can't make the sessions, we will have replays. All you have to do is register.

Monday, December 1 to Friday, December 5

12 pm PT / 1 pm MT / 2 pm CT / 3 pm ET

We will teach you how to meditate, practice together, and then hold a Q&A for a total of 30 minutes.

Giving Tuesday is coming up on December 2nd. It's an opportunity for everybody to support a non-profit. We would be honored to have your support to continue offering these free programs! Thank you for making the Meditation Challenge possible.

Yours in Brain Health,
