With your support, we secured pro-choice leadership in the House of Delegates, and now the General Assembly must vote once again on our amendment to enshrine abortion rights in the state constitution at the beginning of next year.

After that point, the proposed amendment will appear on the ballot next November, where voters will have the final say in protecting reproductive rights once and for all.

We are nearing the final stretch – and we cannot afford to lose momentum now.

This amendment would provide security and certainty in Virginians’ and people across the South’s ability to make health decisions without government interference.
