In Japan, convenience store companies are looking to bring manufacturing automation to the shopping experience. They are testing out robots that can stack sandwiches, drinks and ready meals on shelves.

Turns out there is a huge fan-base of the spicy cinnamon flavored gum, Big Red. Islla St. Brewing in Texas sold out of their Big Red inspired Big Rojo craft beer in three minutes. The demand extends beyond just the Lone Star State. “We’ve had 26 states reach out to us,” said head brewer Joaquin Pena. “We are working hard to bring larger amounts of this to you soon and with several partners to move this beer into different areas.”

Since news broke earlier this week of Walmart considering a mask mandate across the country, many more stores are deciding to require shoppers to mask up. Kohl’s, Walmart, Kroger and Sam’s Club are some of the companies that have made mask announcements.
