As we close out the month, I’ve been thinking a lot about what this community has made possible. Every conversation we’ve had, every voter we’ve registered, every candidate we’ve recruited, every volunteer we’ve brought into this movement—all of it has only happened because people like you stepped up to power this work.
Powered by People is exactly what our name says. We don’t rely on corporate money or ultra-wealthy donors writing big checks. The work we do is entirely fueled by thousands of grassroots supporters who believe that democracy works best when all of us take part in it. And that support is what makes everything else possible.
Because of you, we’ve been able to hit our previous fundraising goals this year. Those dollars aren’t just numbers—they’re the fuel that keeps us meeting people where they are, registering voters, showing up on college campuses, and building an effective volunteer network that can’t be ignored.
This is what real people-powered organizing looks like. Every contribution, every action, every volunteer shift, every voice helps us fight for the Texas we know we can become.
