These are just some of the victims of the 2018 Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Florida. Every single one of them should still be with us to enjoy this holiday season, Herbert.

This time of year, we feel their loss even more than usual. While families gather and celebrate, we’re reminded all too clearly of those we’ve lost. The empty chair at the holiday table. The pain of seeing the perfect gift for them, and knowing we have no need to buy it…
