While families across Minnesota and the rest of the country were celebrating Thanksgiving, Donald Trump used the moment to launch a barrage of attacks on Minnesota — using deeply offensive language and spreading lies about our immigrant community.
Let me be clear: Trump is trying to distract us from the fact his administration is failing working people. It won’t work.
We’re committed to building a Minnesota where people care for each other and everyone has a fair shot. The attacks will keep coming, but we’re going to stay steady — and we need to be ready.
I’m no stranger to Trump’s bullying, but there’s no way in hell that I’m going to sit back and take it.
