Friend,

Thanksgiving always brings me back to the moments that shaped my life. Some holidays were spent at home with family. Others were spent in the desert as a young Marine, or on duty as a police detective while the rest of the country gathered around the table.

No matter where I was, I never forgot what I was serving for. Faith. Family. Country. The people who make America worth fighting for.

Today, I am thankful for the men and women who stand watch so others can rest. I am thankful for the families who hold our communities together. And I am thankful for every American who believes this nation is still worth protecting.

Wherever Thanksgiving finds you this year, I hope you feel the same gratitude I do. We live in a country filled with blessings, opportunity, and people who care enough to stand up when it matters.

From my family to yours, I wish you a peaceful and meaningful Thanksgiving.
