Thanksgiving Day, especially in a year like this, is a welcome and much-needed reason to pause and reflect on what actually matters.
I’m enormously grateful for loved ones and the chance to spend time with them, for connections that deepen our sense of humanity, and for great and simple gifts like the chance for a shared meal in good company.
Wherever today finds you, I hope you’re able to spend it with people who help you feel at home and remind you who you are. I wish you whatever combination of chaotic and restful moments that make you feel like it’s your kind of holiday, with good things on your plate.
