Dear John,
We’re excited to share Bridging Justices, a new report from Community Justice Initiatives (CJI) and LEAF exploring how Ontario can enhance access to restorative and transformative justice (RJ/TJ) for survivors of sexual harm.
Grounded in the insights of GBV frontline workers and advocates, the report finds strong support for revising Crown policy D.4 so Ontario’s justice system can make space for survivor-initiated, survivor-centered, and culturally relevant RJ/TJ processes.
