Dear neighbors,

As we celebrate this Thanksgiving, I want to take a moment to thank the people who make our communities strong. Across the district, I continue to be impressed by the dedication, generosity, and hard work that keeps the region moving. From volunteers at local food shelves to teachers, small business owners, and first responders, your efforts reflect the best of Minnesota values.

This season is also a good time to pause and recognize what truly matters. For many of us, that means spending time with family, helping a neighbor, or checking in on someone who might be alone during the holidays. Those small acts of kindness build the kind of community we all want to live in.

As we gather with family and friends, let us also remember those working through the holiday, including healthcare workers, law enforcement, and others who serve around the clock to keep our communities safe and cared for.

From my family to yours, I wish you a safe and happy Thanksgiving filled with peace, gratitude, and good company.
