Some things to be thankful for
Happy Thanksgiving!
We know the world seems bleak, especially if you're glued to the news like we are. But this year, we definitely have some things to be thankful for:
🔵 Epic victories in Virginia and New Jersey where Abigail Spanberger (Virginia's first-ever female governor) and Mikki Sherrill (New Jersey's second-ever female governor) won hotly contested elections!
🔵 Democrats flipped seats in Georgia, gained seats in Mississippi, and won a supermajority in New Jersey!
🔵 Courts blocked a Republican effort to draw partisan Congressional maps in Texas that would have eliminated five blue seats!
We're thankful to have momentum like this on our side.
But most of all, we're thankful for you - without you on our team, we wouldn't be able to do the work we do.
This year, we supported Democrats up-and-down the ballot, launched text campaigns that reached millions of voters, and helped these key victories happen.
And next year, we're planning to go even bigger and bolder.
So from all of us to you: thank you. Thank you for everything you do for this team.
