John,
Something has me smiling today.

This week, when so many of us take time to focus on gratitude, I’m thinking about the many supporters of Love146… supporters like you who are advocating, mentoring, talking, deepening your knowledge, donating, and fundraising, etc., etc., etc.

I see the ways you pitch in to make this work move on, even through economic strain. Amid bounced checks and canceled and restarted giving plans, I know that it’s not easy out here. It’s not easy at all. Not for you. Not for the kids we work with, or their families.

But so many of you step up time and time again. You do what you can.

You keep showing up for kids.

I promise you that we will too.

Because we have a shared conviction that children should be protected, respected, and they should be able to live a life free from trafficking.

A life that is overflowing with love.

So on behalf of Love146, I want to say thank you today.

Thank you for making me smile.

Thank you for your trust.

Thank you for your generosity.

Thank you for the love you give.

It’s meaningful, and it’s making a difference for children.
