Before folks fully unplug for the holiday, I needed to reach out with an honest ask:

Will you please contribute $3 to my campaign for U.S. Senate today?

We’re less than four days from a critical end-of-month deadline — and right now, we’re behind where we need to be.

That’s not the update I hoped to share this close to our primary, but I always want to be transparent with the people powering this movement. If we don’t catch up, we’ll have to scale back our plans — and in a race this important, that’s not an option.

You’ve heard me say this before because it matters:

One of my opponents has over $20 million in his war chest.

He’s funded by corporate PACs and special interests, and he’s already flooding the airwaves with ads designed to drown out our grassroots message.

But that’s not who I am — and it’s not how our campaign works.

Unlike him, I’m not backed by corporate PACs. I don’t have a $20 million cushion. What I have is you — a grassroots team fueling this campaign $3, $10, $25 at a time. And every contribution truly makes a difference for us: reaching voters, running ads, hiring organizers, and building the coalition we need to win.

But I cannot close the gap in our November goal without your help.

So I’m asking, in the spirit of the holidays — and I wouldn’t ask if it weren’t important:
