There’s nothing I love more than showing bullies like my uncle, Donald Trump, exactly what’s what. Election Night, November 4, 2025, felt like the collective middle finger he desperately needed.

After everything Donald has done — criminalizing dissent, attacking freedom of speech, threatening journalists, and poisoning our politics with fear — voters looked at his agenda and said: absolutely not .

In ordinary times, we could count on our newly elected leaders and the president to work together for the good of everyone who calls this country home. But these aren’t ordinary times.

My uncle does not accept defeat.

I’ve always admired Jane more than I can say because she doesn't just call out injustice; she acts. Her Climate PAC is taking on the two forces driving my uncle’s agenda: creeping authoritarianism and the fossil fuel industry that bankrolls it.

So when I heard from Jane’s team that this movement helped to elect over 60 climate champions this year — in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Mississippi, Arizona, and beyond — I was blown away, but not surprised. This movement looks injustice and the status quo straight in the eye and refuses to settle for anything less than better.
