In this season of giving thanks, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for you.

Over the past three years, we have worked urgently to move Los Angeles forward. By rejecting the old ways of doing things, we brought homelessness down two years in a row for the first time in L.A. history, we're taking on violent crime, and we're supporting small businesses across Los Angeles — all while taking a bold and unrelenting stance against the Trump administration's authoritarianism.

We’re turning away from the status quo — and Los Angeles is better for it.

I couldn't do this work without your support. So today, I want to personally say thank you for all you do, and for all we will do in the future.
