The past few weeks have tested Congress’s conscience, as well as its commitment to hardworking families. At every turn, Ayanna has shown how to lead with moral clarity and deliver for the people.
Here are just a few of the ways that Ayanna has been fighting for us in Congress:
- Voted to release the full Epstein files in pursuit of truth, healing, and accountability for survivors — because as she put it, “Jeffrey Epstein can rot in hell, and I'm going to make sure he has no peace while he is there.”
- Voted to reject the Republican funding bill as a “fundamental betrayal of the people” and vowed to keep fighting to lower skyrocketing healthcare costs.
- Supported food banks and advocates to sound the alarm about rising food insecurity during the GOP shutdown, when federal workers and contractors went without pay and Trump jeopardized access to SNAP.
- Worked to stop the Trump Administration from selling or transferring the student loan portfolio to the private market — a giveaway to Trump's billionaire buddies.
- Stood in solidarity with union workers at Logan Airport to demand better wages, benefits, and working conditions.
- Introduced the Appraisal Modernization Act to combat systemic bias in the home appraisal process.
- Sounded the alarm about the growing crisis of unemployment among Black women.
- Introduced the Innovation Fund Act to build more housing and bring down housing costs.
Ayanna is able to relentlessly advocate for the people because individuals like you fund our movement one grassroots donation at a time. If she’s the type of Congresswoman you’re proud to support, please chip in today.
Thank you,
The A-Team
