I went on MS NOW to explain why Trump launched a retribution campaign against me after I demanded that Donald Trump release the transcript of his call with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Trump’s relationship with the Saudi Crown Prince has always been a glaring conflict of interest. Trump protects MBS; MBS protects the Trump family’s financial interests and business ventures in Saudi Arabia.
Right now, Trump is protecting MBS — even though U.S. intelligence confirmed the Crown Prince ordered Khashoggi’s murder. His loyalty to the Crown Prince is superseding his role as President of the United States.
And because I called him out, he’s retaliating by launching an investigation into me.
This is clear political retribution for me blowing the whistle on him six years ago and for calling him out on his corruption now.
This fight just got much harder, and I need to know you’re standing with me as Trump attacks from all sides.
