efforts to rebuild in southern Lebanon.
Hezbollah has been working to rebuild its infrastructure near the Israeli border following a year of retaliatory strikes carried out by the Jewish state, as the terrorist group continues to fail to comply with the November 2024 ceasefire.
After the strike, the Trump administration expressed its support for Israel's continued operations to defend itself against terrorist threats on multiple fronts.
While the IDF remains on high alert following the strike, Hezbollah has reportedly told Arab media outlets that it will not be launching a military response against Israel,

stating "the diplomatic route is preferable."
Israel has made clear to Lebanon that any response from Hezbollah will trigger an escalation and further strikes against the terror group.

The Lebanese government publicly committed to fully disarming Hezbollah, but so far has failed to make sufficient progress, prompting Israel to continue its operations.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah supporters gathered at Tabatabai's funeral and said that they will not surrender.
"No matter how much blood is shed, we will never surrender, and we will never hand over the weapons of the resistance," one Hezbollah supporter
