This year, the Emmy Award-winning show Adolescence kick-started a global conversation about how incel communities pull boys and young men into extreme sexist beliefs. It struck a chord because it reflects a real and urgent problem.

Our research ([link removed]) shows the world’s largest incel forum has nearly doubled in size since 2022 – reaching 2.7 million visits in early 2025. Every one of those visits represents someone being exposed to an ideology that fuels harassment, hate, and violence against women.
