For over two years, people in Gaza have lived each day in terror and grief. The health system is in a state of total collapse and basic necessities such as fuel, water, and food are nearly impossible to obtain.

With the unyielding violence displacing women and girls from their homes and into overcrowded spaces, basic hygiene supplies like menstrual products have become out of reach.

That’s why UNFPA is working tirelessly to make these supplies accessible to everyone who needs them. We have been on the ground in Gaza since 1986, and from the moment that violence struck in October 2023, we began distributing Dignity Kits.

Since then, UNFPA has distributed more than 134,000 Dignity and Reproductive Health Kits to women and girls throughout the violence-torn region thanks to your generous gifts.

Will you make a 2X-matched gift to deliver the gift of dignity to women and girls this Giving Tuesday?

DELIVER DIGNITY KITS

“May God bless you, because this is the first time I have received such a package since the day we were displaced,” said one recipient of a UNFPA Dignity Kit in Rafah.

“All the items in the bag are not available in the first place, and even if they are, their prices are very expensive,” said another.

“All the items in the bag are crucial, and we truly need them,” added a third.

Each Dignity Kit costs only $15 to create, but the contents of each kit are priceless to the recipients.

So this Giving Tuesday, generous donors are 2X-matching your gifts up to $350,000. Will you give a 2X-matched gift of dignity to those who need them around the world?

We welcome the ceasefire agreement, the release of all hostages by Hamas, and the delivery of lifesaving humanitarian aid in Gaza. We are hopeful that peace will prevail and that the suffering of women, girls, and families will end.

Thank you for being there for women and girls.
