Friend, Trump’s agenda in the first year of his term has been simply disastrous.
He’s spent this year kicking millions off healthcare and food assistance, sending ICE to terrorize our communities, providing huge tax breaks for billionaires, and driving up the cost of everything from groceries to your energy bill, to name just a few of his missteps.
And make no mistake, Republicans in Congress are with him all the way. In fact, almost every Republican in the Senate has voted for Trump’s agenda 100% of the time.
Well, this is one place where I’m proud to have a failing score: I have voted AGAINST Trump’s agenda more than anyone else in Congress, voting with the administration less than 1% of the time.
That’s because I take Trump’s attacks on our democracy and his Project 2025 agenda seriously. I take Trump’s scams against the working class seriously. I’m not going to provide a vote for an administration that is betraying the American people and creating chaos day in and day out.
So, if you agree that Democrats need to stand in firm opposition to Trump instead of letting him pass his disastrous agenda, I need your help.
I am running for reelection to the Senate because Massachusetts can’t afford to have a senator who will bend the knee to authoritarianism and the billionaire class. We have to fight with everything we’ve got, not because it’s the easy thing to do, but because it’s the right thing to do.
