Under President Trump and his extremist allies, the assault on our reproductive health and bodily autonomy is relentless. But PRH's nationwide network of physicians refuses to back down—and we're training 34 new fierce advocates to join the fight.

Meet the Leadership Training Academy Class of 2026. Our advocates share reflections on their work, advocacy, and what brings them joy right now.

Over the next year, these physicians will transform from skilled clinicians into powerful advocates through two intensive five-day training sessions, monthly skill-building webinars, hands-on media opportunities, and personalized coaching.

They’ll learn to testify before legislators, speak to national media, counter disinformation, and mobilize their communities—all while building deep community with fellow physician advocates across the country.

Dr. Jessica Mitter Pardo (Family Medicine, NY) warned how the Trump administration is using junk science studies to target abortion pills in Scientific American.
Dr. Komal Kumar (Ob/Gyn, WA) debunked RFK Jr.’s claims linking circumcision and Tylenol to autism in the Washington Post.
Dr. Bianca Allison (Pediatrics, NC) shared the careful, evidence-based approach physicians take when providing gender-affirming care to young people in Scientific American.
Dr. Ashlyn Brown (Family Medicine, WI) published an op-ed on why a state Senate bill to redefine abortion will hurt, not help, patients and doctors, in the Wisconsin Examiner.
