I was thrilled to welcome Rep. Jamie Raskin to Grand Rapids for a town hall on the future of our democracy and to visit with small businesses in Muskegon – it was great to show him a little bit of West Michigan!

We talked about how we’re going to retake the House in 2026, expand our Democracy Summer program for young people, and make sure all of it starts right here in Michigan.
