HORN MINIONS HOLD CO GOP HOSTAGE. By a 14-8 vote members of the CO GOP Chair Horn controlled State Executive Committee voted against the will of more than 130 State Central Committee members to hold a special meeting to address how Horn has plunged the Party off a financial cliff. Even Horn supporters admit the Party has gone broke as a result of Horn’s reckless budget and vindictive lawfare attacks on grassroots. The vote can be appealed to the entire SCC where grassroots have a majority. But the CO GOP is running out of time as caucus and assembly deadlines draw near. HORN PUTS THE FUTURE OF CAUCUS AND ASSEMBLY AT RISK. In a few short months Colorado Republicans should start gathering at caucuses and then the assembly to elect candidates for the 2026 elections. These meetings are the heart and soul of the Party. But Horn insiders reveal that Chair Horn has made no plans - that’s right, zero plans - in preparation for the meetings. Even worse - the insiders admit Horn has no money in the Party coffers to pay for any of it. We know RINOs hate the caucus and assembly system and gotta wonder if letting it collapse is Horn’s secret objective.
HB 24-1067 TROJAN HORSE COULD DOOM THE CAUCUS AND ASSEMBLY PROCESS BUT HORN BURIES HEAD IN THE SAND. A new law is in effect for the 2026 election cycle that requires caucuses and the assembly to provide essentially a Zoom link for anyone who is eligible to attend but claims “disability” prevents them from attending in person. Sounds nice but there is a hidden grenade just waiting to explode. The law seems to say if those accommodations are not met the person making the request can sue anyone and everyone involved in the process for violating CADA (Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act) AND seek punitive financial damages. This means anyone from CO GOP Party officials to county party officials to volunteers working at the caucus could be personally sued and held financially liable. Horn put out a lame policy that reads like it came from ChatGPT that fails to address this issue. Meanwhile County Chairs are desperate for guidance and volunteers are dropping out. TINA PETERS IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT. The persecution of election integrity warrior Tina Peters continues. Last week she was put in solitary confinement after she filed a grievance against a warden. Trump continues to push for her transfer to a federal prison but malicious Dems and RINOs refuse.
