Thanksgiving is coming up this week!

I know everyone is looking forward to getting together with friends and family this week and giving thanks for the happy parts of life.

That said, holidays are a bit of a struggle for our campaign, because to be honest, most folks don’t want to spend their holiday reading fundraising emails like these. And we really don’t want to bother you, either.

The problem is that on November 30th, three days after Thanksgiving, we are up against a midnight fundraising deadline. Any slowdown in our fundraising means we miss our goal.

That’s why I’m asking you to chip in today and help us get through the next week without falling behind.

An $10 donation from just 5% of the folks reading this email right now would be enough to help us hit our goals a week early and continue to invest in a winning grassroots campaign that proudly fights for our progressive ideals.

And as an added promise from me, if you chip in $10 or higher today, we won’t reach out again until after the deadline is over.
